Payment method
After making an order you will need to proceed with the payment.
Payment is made with the help of the payment system Robokassa,
which supports several payment methods.
You can then choose your preffered payment method.

Delivery
1. Moscow (within the Ring) next day delivery on all orders is free. In the interval: from 9:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 23:00.

2. Moscow (outside the MKAD), Russia, International delivery for original artwork by service "Art-pochta (Art-Mail" is available by prior arrangement over the phone.

3. Moscow (outside the MKAD), Russia, International delivery of Art-Products by Russian Mail is free.

4. Free self-pick up from Paveletskaya, street Tatarskaya, house 18, structure 1, room 21.

Placing an order
Click on a product photo in the catalogue, add to the basket and place an order. In order to do this, you will need to complete the simple order form. If you have already used our online platform, your details will be taken from your profile. If this is your first time placing an order, we will automatically register you after registration. After a successful payment transaction, you will receive a notification with the details of your order. You will have the opportunity to clarify the details or make any changes about the recipient by writing us an e-mail on post@sm-art.art or calling the toll-free number on +7 (800)—770—70—38

Warranty and Return
In each case, the possibility of return is considered individually. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, be sure to let us know about it and we will happily assist you. Under the legislation of the Russian Federation, you have the right to decline your order or return it  before the transfer or within 7 days of receipt. The work must be fully preserved and you must provide the documents confirming the purchase. If these conditions are met, we will refund you within 10 days or transfer it to the specified account.
