Third-generation artist. Born in 1992. Graduated from the painting department of the Moscow Academic Lyceum of the Russian Academy of Arts in 2010. Parallel to his studies, he attended attended painting classes ran by Moscow‘s notable artist - Sergey Zalysin. Following his parents footsteps, he attended the Moscow State Art Industrial Academy named after S.G. Stroganov to the Department of Monumental decorative painting, from which his grandfather graduated from. His first solo exhibition was held in 2012. Aside from studying at the academy, he made work on order. After graduating from the academy in 2016, he began to develop his independent creativity. After studying at the Lyceum, the artist experiences a strong influence of expressionist artists on his work. The accuracy and clarity of composition in Glazkov’s work is combined with a dynamic approach to working with a brush and a decisive and vivid execution. A favorite trick of his is intentional color limiting to enhance his emotional sound. He participated in several group and solo shows.
